I would like a section where I can be listed for my professional services. I think it should be on the main dashboard: offer search and have one more card with professionals/services. I then would like to appear under real estate agent with all my details. It would be could if I could post when I have a cool new house to promote that I think it is really important for people to see (like very cheap or very beautiful or very profitable) and it would be even cooler if people could follow my professional page and they would receive an alert ‼️ I find it useful also if I look for a lawyer or electrician or surf school because I don’t think I’ll be posting every week that I exist but it would be cool to be stably there

When someone submits the information they need as part of a request, they could also include the timeframe or deadline for when they need a response. It might also be helpful to indicate a percentage likelihood of receiving a response based on available matches. This could be supported by categorizing each person when they log in and asking how they can help, offering different options. In this way, the platform could use that information to match requests with relevant people, increasing the chances that the right person is contacted to provide a response.

right now we have the https://caparica-community.vercel.app/changelog let's show a badge number when they changed, we will need to save an id in localstorage so we don't display the badge in that device anymore we would need to save an id of each change as well
